Membership in the Boosters Club is open to any parent (members and Alumni) from any QDD-associated facility wishing to help promote QDD and the programs it sponsors.
Memberships are available for individuals and families. Family Membership includes two car magnets and two QDD Boosters Club Polo shirts.
Membership Levels:
INDIVIDUALS
Basic: $20
Bronze: $25 -Includes a QDD Car Magnet
Silver: $50 -Includes a QDD Car Magnet and QDD Boosters Club Polo Shirt
Gold: $75 -Includes QDD Car Magnet, Polo Shirt and Team Towel
FAMILY
Basic: $40
Bronze: $55 -Includes a QDD Car Magnet
Silver: $100 -Includes a QDD Car Magnet and QDD Boosters Club Polo Shirt
Gold: $125 -Includes QDD Car Magnet, Polo Shirt and Team Towel Existing QDD Boosters Club Members renew their dues annualy for $5. Families renew for $10.
To become a QDD Booster Club Member:Complete the membership form and return with payment payable to QDD Boosters to your site director or the QDD Boosters Club Treasurer. You may also leave membership applications in the QDD Boosters mailbox at JRAC. If you choose, join by sending us an email with your name, prefered contact information and you may pay by PayPal using the button below.
