parent (members and QDD) from any QDD-associated facility wishing to help
promote QDD and the programs it sponsors.

Membership includes two car magnets and two QDD Boosters Club Polo shirts.

and return with payment payable to QDD Boosters to your site director or
Janice Mernin, or leave in the QDD Boosters mailbox in the hallway at
JRAC.
